Because the truth is: your degrees, leadership, communication skills, and ability to manage people are valuable — you just were never taught how to position them outside of education.
This isn’t just about leaving the classroom.
It’s about becoming the kind of woman who knows how to create wealth, confidence, flexibility, and options with the skills she already has.
We reject the idea that educators are supposed to struggle financially to prove they care. You should not have to choose between purpose and wealth. We believe women in education deserve six-figure incomes, beautiful lives, financial security, and freedom without apologizing for wanting more.
Your experience did not expire in the classroom. Teaching builds leadership, communication, presentation, problem-solving, relationship management, adaptability, and influence — skills companies pay very well for. We help educators stop seeing themselves as “just teachers” and start recognizing themselves as highly skilled professionals.
Pretty Rich Teacher exists to normalize women in education having more money, more options, more rest, more beauty, and more ownership over their lives. We believe burnout should not be a personality trait and that women deserve careers that allow them to feel financially secure and emotionally fulfilled.
Most educators got into teaching because they care deeply about helping people. We believe you can still serve, impact lives, and make a difference outside of the classroom — through corporate roles, leadership, content creation, consulting, entrepreneurship, and beyond. Your classroom can become the world.
Pretty Rich Teacher is about more than career transitions. It’s about identity transformation. We help women decenter struggle, stop shrinking themselves, and become the kind of women who confidently create wealth, freedom, and opportunity on their own terms. Around here, “pretty and rich” is not just aesthetic — it’s a mindset, a lifestyle, and a standard.
Once I learned how to position my skills outside the classroom, I was able to build a portfolio career using my background in education. I transitioned into corporate EdTech leadership, became a VP of Customer Success, built a multiple six-figure business, and created opportunities for myself I never even knew existed. I stopped waiting for education to financially reward me and learned how to create wealth on my own terms.
I’m not teaching theory from the sidelines. I’ve lived this transition personally while helping hundreds of women in education navigate it too. I understand what it feels like to be burnt out, underpaid, emotionally exhausted, scared of the unknown, and worried you’ll never make enough money.
I thought wanting more money meant I was selfish. I thought leaving meant my degrees were wasted. I thought stability meant staying somewhere that was draining me mentally, emotionally, and financially.
But everything changed once I realized my teaching experience was not a limitation — it was my superpower.
I spent over 8 years in the education system as a teacher, instructional leader, and administrator, and like so many women in education, I believed my only options were to work harder, sacrifice more, and accept burnout as “part of the job.”
Education was all I knew.
And honestly? Leaving was terrifying.
